One might say words have no power at all, because it's just words. If that's true, then why do people use words to manipulate, hurt, tear down, express love, or praise? Words can affect us based on our experiences, our understanding, and how we use them.

For some, certain words can be a trigger that can set off a chemical reaction of anger, fight or flight, peace, fear, and even love, which in turn can affect us in our daily lives, even our health.

The Power of Words is a course designed to create an introspection of self using words.

"It's not what you say, but how you say it." Or is it?
